新制度主义视角下职业本科院校有组织科研的制度化困境与突破路径
The Institutional Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of Organized Scientific Research in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges from the Perspective of New Institutionalism

Abstract
Vocational undergraduate institutions have emerged in response to the construction of a modern vocational education system and the economic and social demand for high-level technical professionals.The critical issue for advancing their own development and achieving high-quality growth lies in how to systematically and institutionally conduct organized scientific research aligned with national strategic priorities and regional enterprise needs.Based on the integrated analytical framework of new institutionalism,the institutionalization of organized research in vocational undergraduate institutions faces challenges such as paths dependency constraints,legitimacy crisis,organizational isomorphism,and collective dilemmas arising from individual rational actions.Strategies for institutionalization include:breaking free from paths dependency to develop distinctive research aligned with their institutional identity;preventing isomorphic development by constructing transdisciplinary research organizations;and promoting collaborative symbiosis through large research teams engaged in applied studies.关键词
