The Value,Development and Important Focus of Organized Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
To serve national strategic demands and regional innovative development,it has become an inevitability for higher vocational colleges to carry out grounded organized scientific research.The development of organized scientific research in higher vocational colleges is not only a necessity to adapt to the transformation of knowledge production modes and promote the reform of scientific research organization paradigms,but also a requirement to address the practical dilemmas of"dispersed,weak and superficial"research,and empower the"New Double High-level Initiative"and high-quality regional development.More importantly,it responds to the integrated strategy of education,science and technology,and talents,and meets the need to construct an independent knowledge system for vocational education.Driven by national will,organized scientific research in higher vocational colleges has gone through the initial germination stage,the pilot exploration stage,and the steady development stage.It has gradually evolved from spontaneous to conscious collective action,while also exposing in-depth problems such as vague strategic goals,low degree of organization,single team composition,and backward systems and mechanisms.To accelerate the implementation and promotion of organized scientific research in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to strengthen strategic guidance and establish a demand-oriented scientific research layout mechanism;advance the construction of systematic platforms to enhance the efficiency of collaborative innovation;build echeloned talent teams to stimulate the vitality of scientific research teams;and innovate the institutional system to lay a solid guarantee foundation for sustainable development.关键词
