The Mission,Challenges and Development Paths of Collaborative Innovation among"Three Educations"under the Guidance of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
Coordinating collaborative innovation among the"Three Educations"(vocational education,higher education and continuing education)is a pivotal measure and inevitable path to supporting the construction of a powerful education country.Guided by the goal,the mission of collaborative innovation among the"Three Educations"is rooted in the three fundamental functions of education:implementing the essential task of fostering virtue through education,delivering education that meets people's expectations,and serving national strategic needs and socioeconomic development.However,this endeavor faces three major dilemmas:at the regulatory level,inadequate institutional safeguards and ineffective coordination mechanisms;at the normative level,ideological and normative barriers,and a fragmented standardization system;at the cultural-cognitive level,constraints from traditional mindsets and weak collaborative awareness.To address these challenges,the following measures are imperative:restructure the institutional framework,foster an ecosystem for collaborative innovation through policy synergy;reshape value concepts,build a consensus for joint action through normative alignment;reconstruct cognitive schemas,cultivate the cultural genes of collaboration through cultural reconstruction;reinforce infrastructure support,empower the collaborative practice paradigm through digital and intelligent transformation.关键词
