Quality Standards of Raw Medicinal Materials and Decoction Pieces of Olibanum
摘要
Abstract
Olibanum is a representative and commonly used imported Chinese medicinal material in China.The decoction pieces of Olibanum have a long history of medical use due to their effects of activating blood circulation to relieve pain,reducing swelling,and promoting tissue regeneration.However,due to differences in botanical origin,production environments,and quality standards,the quality of both raw medicinal materials and decoction pieces of Olibanum varies,highlighting the urgent need to improve their quality standards.By reviewing relevant domestic and international quality standards,this study conducts a comparative analysis of Olibanum regarding its original plants,characteristics,identification,testing,usage,dosage,and processing specifications of Olibanum,aiming to provide a reference for the improvement of quality control standards for both raw medicinal materials and decoction pieces of Olibanum.关键词
