摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the differential genes between single Chinese herbal medicines and the compound formula of Huazheng Sanji(化癥散积)Formula based on transcriptomics and superposition analysis and explore the compatibility mechanism of this formula.Methods:Based on the transcriptomics data,the superposition analysis was adopted to analyze the differential genes of the anti-hepatocellular carcinoma effect between Huazheng Sanji Formula and 11 Chinese herbal medicines consisting this formula.The new efficacy genes and potentiating genes of Huazheng Sanji Formula compared with single Chinese herbal medicines after decocting were identified.Results:Compared with sin-gle Chinese herbal medicines,Huazheng Sanji Formula showed one potentiating gene encoding the TNF superfamily member 10(Tnfsf10)and two new efficacy genes encoding carbonic anhydrase 3(Ca3)and mucin 15(Muc15).Conclusion:Huazheng Sanji Formula produces a po-tentiating gene(Tnfsf10)and two new anticancer genes(Ca3 and Muc15)after decocting.The compound formula enhances the original function after Junchenzuoshi(君臣佐使)compatibility and decocting and produces new functions to achieve enhanced anticancer effect,which provides a scientific basis for the anti-cancer treatment guided by the theory of Zangdufuhui(脏毒腑秽).
