溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚证与免疫炎症的关系探讨
Exploration of the Relationship Between Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency and Immune Inflammation in Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is an idiopathic chronic recurrent inflammatory bowel disease occurring in the colon and rectum,clinically manifesting primarily as Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome.This paper explores the intrinsic relationship between Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome in UC and immune inflammation,summarizes the relationship between the spleen-kidney system and immune function,and investigates the correlation between pathological products such as phlegm-dampness and blood stasis toxins caused by Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency and inflammation,aiming to further elucidate the essential connotation of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome in UC.The results reveal that in Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency type UC,pathogenic factors damage intestinal collaterals leading to ulceration,Yang deficiency causes water overflow,phlegm-dampness internally retains,deficiency of Qi and Yang gives rise to this change,blood stasis obstructs collaterals,Yang stagnation causes pathogens accumulation,and endogenous abscess toxins generates.The changes are similar to exudative inflammation,proliferative inflammation,and alterative inflammation in Western medicine.Substantial pathogenic factors like phlegm-dampness and blood stasis toxins can further damage Yang Qi,aggravating Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency and promoting UC progression.Therefore,clinical treatment should focus on"tonifying the spleen and kidney"as the fundamental approach,eliminating pathogens without harming healthy Qi,enabling spleen-kidney interaction and removal of phlegm-dampness-blood stasis toxins.关键词
