摘要

Abstract

In this study,the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi10Mg alloy formed by selective laser melting(SLM)were characterized using an optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),and mechanical tensile testing.The results show that the consists of an α-Al matrix and Al-Si eutectic structure,with refined equiaxed grains as the dominant microstructural feature,and the average grain size is 7.34 μm.The XOY surface and YOZ surface of the alloy exhibit distinct microstructure characteristics,and the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation rate reach 465 MPa,320 MPa and 8.4%respectively,values that are significantly higher than those of the traditional cast AlSi10Mg alloy.
