Application of Trametes sp.LS-10C and its Laccase in the Degradation of Acid Blue 92
摘要
Abstract
A strain of Trametes sp.LS-10C and its expressed laccase were used as the research objects in this study.The degradation efficiency of azo dye acid blue 92 by Trametes sp.cells or laccase under various conditions was studied.The results showed that LS-10 C had a good applification on the degradation of acid blue 92,and the maximum degradation rate was 94.57%with the addition of 0.3 g pomelo peel powder in the mixture.The addition of pomelo peel powder can not only improve the degradation rate of Acid Blue 92,but also improve the degradation efficiency that performed by recycled biomass,thus effectively improve the application effect of Trametes sp.cells in acid blue 92 degradation.The addition of mediators could improve the degradation rate of acid blue 92 by laccase.The maximum degradation rate of 96.16%was achieved by using free laccase at pH 4.0 in a mixture contained 1 U/mL laccase,30 mg/L acid blue 92 and 10 μmol/L acetosyringone.High concentrations of Mn2+and Fe2+had a significant inhibitory effect on dye degradation.The results showed that both the Trametes sp.LS-10C cells and its laccase had a good degradation effect on acid blue 92,which showed a good application prospect in the treatment of azo dyes containing wastewater.关键词
