Immobilization of Pig Liver Eesterase on Macroporous Resin Followed by TA-TiⅣ Coating and Application for Synthesis of Ethyl Butyrate

Abstract
In this research,pig liver esterase was adsorbed using macroporous adsorbent resins and immobilized by TA-TiⅣ nano coatings formed by tannic acid and dihydroxybis(ammonium lactato)titanium(Ⅳ)solution,and the enzymatic properties of immobilized pig liver esterase were investigated.Then the immobilized pig liver esterase was used to catalyze esterification of butyric acid and ethanol for the synthesis of ethyl butyrate in organic solvent.The factors affecting esterification rate were investigated.The results showed that the esterification rate reached 84.51%after 30 h of reaction with n-heptane as the reaction medium,butyric acid and ethanol at the concentration of 0.1 mol/L,molecular sieve at the addition of 0.09 g/mL,enzyme at the addition of 0.2 g/mL,and the reaction temperature of 40℃.And after repeated use for 4 times,the esterification rate was still 54.21%.关键词
