利用微藻连续纯化沼气同步提升微藻油脂产量和品质技术研究
Simultaneous Enhancement of Biogas Upgrading Performance and Lipid Yield of Chlorella sp.DT025

Abstract
To achieve high-efficiency and low-cost upgrading of biogas quality,crude biogas was continuously purified by oleaginous microalgae,and the effect of treatment process on microalgae lipid production was analyzed.Microalgae Chlorella sp.DT025 with efficient purification of biogas was obtained by screening.Under the conditions of light intensity of 12 500 lx and inoculation amount of 20%,the CH4 concentration of biogas could be increased from 70%to 95.13%,and the CO2 concentration was reduced from 29.95%to 3.91%.The H2S(concentration of 5 000 ppm)in biogas was completely removed.At this time,the intracellular lipid content and production of microalgae reached 30.27%and 204.17 mg/L,respectively.Further analysis showed that the fatty acid composition and content of microalgae lipid changed during the purification of biogas compared with the independent culture of microalgae.The mass fraction and component content of C16-C18 in fatty acids increased from 64.4%and 105.44 mg/L to 78.2%and 164.04 mg/L,respectively,and 8.14 mg/L arachidonic acid(C22:2)was added.关键词
