A Virtual Power Plant Optimal Scheduling Strategy Considering Uncertainty and Multi-flexible Resource Complementation

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of optimal operation of virtual power plant under the uncertainty of renewable energy output,the optimal scheduling strategy of virtual power plant considering multiple types of flexible resources participating in demand response is studied.Firstly,to solve the stochastic problem of scenery output,Monte Carlo sampling algorithm is used to generate scenery simulation scenes,and Euclidian distance reduction method is used to reduce the generated scenery scenes respectively,and the predicted value of scenery output is obtained.Then,based on the TOU mechanism,the power balance constraint of virtual power plant and the operating cost of various units are comprehensively considered,and the optimal scheduling model of virtual power plant is constructed,which considers multiple types of flexible resources such as energy storage,air conditioning load and electric vehicles to participate in the demand response.Finally,the simulation research is carried out on the Matlab platform.The results show that,compared with a single flexible resource,multi-type flexible resource can significantly improve the operation economy of virtual power plant.关键词
