Abstract

Based on the particle gradation test of granite soil weathering in the Tianzhu Mountain area,the uniaxial test was carried out on group A concrete specimens with 6mm chopped basalt fiber content as variable and sand as fine aggregate and group B concrete specimens with granite soil weathering as fine aggregate.The results show that the compressive strength of sand aggregate is 27.2 MPa without basalt fiber,which is higher than that of granite soil aggregate(26.8 MPa).With the gradual increase of the volume content of basalt fiber,the compressive strength of the two groups of specimens increased first and then decreased.The optimum basalt fiber volume content of sand aggregate is 0.4%,and the compressive strength is up to 31.2 MPa,which is 9.09%higher than that of plain concrete.The optimum volume content of basalt fiber with granite soil weathering as fine aggregate is 0.6%,and the compressive strength is up to 30.6 MPa,which is 14.18%higher than that of plain concrete.With the increase of basalt fiber volume content,the main cracks of the two groups of specimens after compression are finer and shorter,while the secondary cracks are more and more,indicating that basalt fiber has a certain blocking effect on cracks.
