基于"络病理论"探讨火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的辨证思路
The Syndrome Differentiation Approach of Fire Needle Therapy for Postherpetic Neuralgia Based on the"Collateral Disease Theory"

Abstract
Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is a common refractory sequelae of herpes zoster,which can be classified as collateral dis-ease according to its lesion location,disease course evolution and the pathogenesis characteristics of diversified pain.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the core pathogenesis is"damage to the collaterals",and this paper starts from the theory of collateral disease and preliminarily conducts clinical staging syndrome differentiation and treatment of fire needle for PHN.In the early stage,the poison stagnates in the collaterals,and the fire needle is used to pull out the poison and dispel evil;in the middle stage,the collat-eral vein is blocked,and fire needles combined with acupuncture cupping are used to remove the old roots;In advanced cases,if the collaterals are weak and damaged,use fire needles to shallow acupuncture to break the old and give birth to the new.In order to pro-vide new syndrome differentiation ideas and practical treatment plans for the precise treatment of PHN using fire needle based on the theory of collateral disease in clinical practice.关键词
