摘要
Abstract
Tuina has remarkable curative effects and distinctive features in solving pain problems and is widely used in medical de-partments,orthopedics,gynecology and pediatrics department.Traditional Chinese medicine theory believes that pain is caused by"barrier"and"dishonorable"factors,and"heat qi arrives after pressing"is the initiating factor for the analgesic effect of tuina.Com-bining with modern research,this paper interprets the modern scientific connotation of"heat qi"from the aspects of receptors,pain-related mediators,pain conduction pathways,hemodynamics,blood rheology and psycho-psychological factors so as to provide evi-dence support for the theory of tuina analgesia.关键词
