经络切诊法在经筋病和脏腑病中的针灸诊疗应用探析
Application of Meridian Palpation in Acupuncture Diagnosis and Treatment of Sinew-Meridian Disorders and Zang-Fu Organ Disorders

Abstract
Meridian palpation is a critical component in the clinical diagnosis of acupuncture and moxibustion.The manifestations of sinew-meridian disorders vary across different stages,such as sinew contraction and sinew relaxation,and also differ among various hierarchical structures.During palpation,it is essential to differentiate anatomical layers,identify the affected points,and accurately locate the specific pathological sites.By employing appropriate needling techniques,the therapeutic goal of"needling to the affected area"can be achieved.Zang-Fu organ disorders are characterized by functional dysregulation of the Zang-Fu organs,which can be categorized into deficiency and excess,cold and heat,exterior and interior,as well as yin and yang.The focus of diagnosis and treat-ment lies in assessing the state of the meridians,Shu points(acupuncture points),and Zang-Fu organs through meridian and acupoint palpation,as well as pulse diagnosis.This process involves analyzing the affected Zang-Fu organs,determining the selection of acu-puncture points,and applying Qi-regulating acupuncture techniques to achieve the effect of"Qi reaching the affected site".This pa-per explores the application of meridian palpation in the diagnosis and treatment of sinew-meridian disorders and Zang-Fu organ dis-orders,aiming to provide insights for the development of a clinical diagnostic and therapeutic framework in acupuncture and moxi-bustion.关键词
