基于肠道菌群分析针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的作用机制
Mechanism of Action of Acupuncture for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on Intestinal Flora Analysis

Abstract
The intestinal microbiota plays an important role in human nutritional metabolism,growth and development,immune regu-lation,etc.With the continuous development of medicine,more and more researchers are concerned about its role as a potential pathogenic factor in many diseases.Clinical studies have found that PCOS patients often suffer from intestinal dysbiosis and that in-testinal microecological dysregulation correlates with the progression of PCOS.It has been summarized that there is a cross-reaction between the intestinal flora and the pathological aspects of PCOS such as insulin resistance(IR),hyperandrogenemia(HA),chronic inflammation,and obesity,which promote the development of PCOS by influencing each other.In recent years,the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of PCOS has been widely recognized,and studies have shown that acupuncture treatment can play an overall benign regulating role in PCOS patients with multi-level,multi-system,multi-function,and multi-target.We have found that acupuncture can improve glycolipid metabolism,and modulate related inflammatory factors,and reduce body mass index by regulat-ing the diversity and abundance of intestinal flora,and that it can be involved in the prevention and treatment of PCOS.In this paper,we mainly discuss and analyze the possible mechanism of acupuncture in treating PCOS based on the intestinal flora,to provide an evidence-based basis for the treatment of PCOS in the clinic.关键词
