当归芍药散调控多通路干预肺动脉高压的机制研究
Study on the Mechanism of Danggui Shaoyao San Intervenes Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension via Regulating Multi-Pathway

Abstract
Danggui Shaoyao San(DSS),a renowned herbal formula from Zhang Zhongjing's Jin Gui Yao Lue(Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Han Dynasty),is a classic blood-regulating prescription widely used in gynecological and obstetric disorders due to its sophisticated composition and broad therapeutic effects.Guided by the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)principle of"ho-motherapy for heteropathy",the authors applied DSS in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)with notable clinical effi-cacy.This article synthesizes contemporary pharmacological evidence to elucidate DSS's potential mechanisms in PAH interven-tion.Current studies reveal that DSS may mitigate PAH progression through multiple pathways,including lipid metabolism modula-tion,endothelial function improvement,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,and gut microbiota regulation.These findings pro-vide a novel rationale for integrating TCM and Western medicine in PAH management.关键词
