单味阿纳其根治疗脑卒中后构音障碍的回顾性队列分析
Single Anacyclus Pyrethrum in the treatment of Post-Stroke Dysarthria:A Retrospective Cohort Analysis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of a single anacyclus pyrethrum on post-stroke dysarthria.Methods:This study is a ret-rospective analysis of 100 patients with post-stroke dysarthria who attended the Uyghur Medical Hospital in the autonomous region between July 2022 and July 2024.The patients were divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50)according to the different treatment methods.The control group received conventional speech therapy,while the observation group was com-bined with single anacyclus pyrethrum based on conventional speech therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated by collecting rehabilitation assessment data such as the modified Frenchay dysarthria assessment,speech impairment degree,and speech function grading.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups regarding reflexes,respiration,lip,jaw,soft palate,larynx,tongue,speech scores,speech impairment degree,and speech function grading(P>0.05).After treatment,all patients showed significant improvement in all scores,and the difference was statistically significant com-pared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group scored better than the control group in terms of re-flexes,respiration,palate,larynx,tongue,speech scores,speech impairment degree,and speech function grading(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Through retrospective analysis,the results indicate that both single anacyclus pyrethrum combined with speech therapy and conventional speech therapy can effectively improve the articulation function of patients with PSD.Single anacyclus pyrethrum shows potential in improving PSD,and its exact efficacy deserves further verification through prospective intervention studies.关键词
