中药熏蒸联合"三通四联"综合疗法对神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效
Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with"Three Channels and Four Combinations"Comprehensive Therapy on Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture on neck function and daily living ability.Methods:161 patients with cervical radiculopathy admitted to Jiangdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine of Yangzhou City from June 2021 to September 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=81,conventional Western medicine treatment)and observation group(n=80,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group)according to random number table.Observed and compared the cervical spine mobility,Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS),VAS pain score,inflammatory markers such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),as well as hemorheological indicators such as plasma viscosity(PV),hematocrit(HCT),erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI),and clinical efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,cervical motion,pain degree,cervical dysfunction,clinical symptoms and ability of daily living in both groups were improved compared with before treatment.Cervical mobility and CASCS scores in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group,but VAS scores,PV,HCT,EAI,IL-6,TNF-α and Hs-CRP were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total ef-fective rate of observation group was 96.25%,which was higher than 83.95%that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tradi-tional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with"three channels and four combinations"can effectively improve the cervical function and pain degree of patients with cervical radiculopathy.Its mechanism of action is related to the regulation of hemorheologi-cal indexes and the reduction of inflammatory factors,and the clinical efficacy is high.关键词
