桂甘龙牡汤联合雷火灸治疗心阳不振型室性早搏临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with devitalization of heart yang

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with devitalization of heart yang.Methods A total of 72 patients with ventricular premature beats with devitalization of heart yang were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine therapy,namely oral administration of metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets,and the treatment group additionally received Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,quality of life scores,number of 24-hour ventricular premature beats and safety indicators between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 97.22%(35/36)and 88.89%(32/36)respectively,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group.After treatment,the treatment group showed significant improvements in TCM syndrome scores,24-hour ventricular premature beats,and quality of life scores compared to the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Two groups showed good safety profiles with no reported cases of severe adverse reactions.Conclusion Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms in patients with ventricular premature beats with devitalization of heart yang type,regulate the autonomic nerve function,and reduce arrhythmia.This therapy demonstrates good safety.关键词
