基于《金匮要略》方药探讨糖尿病的治疗现状
Discussion on the treatment status of diabetes based on prescriptions in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber
摘要
Abstract
Diabetes belongs to the category of"consumptive thirst disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,and its theoretical origin can be traced back to the first record in"Huangdi Neijing,Suwen and Strange Diseases",and the systematic treatment based on syndrome differentiation system is based on"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber".The pathological mechanism of"consumptive thirst disease"described in"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"is highly correlated with diabetes mellitus in modern medicine,so it is of great value to reveal the core pathogenesis of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine and guide the clinical treatment of prescriptions.By studying the theory of"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"and reasonably selecting classical prescriptions on the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation,the clinical efficacy in treating diabetes can be significantly improved.关键词
