中医药调控自噬改善心肌缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展
Research progress in autophagy regulated by traditional Chinese medicine in improving myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Autophagy is an important pathway for cells to remove damaged organelles and recycle endogenous nutrients.During myocardial ischemia-reperfusion,autophagy is activated and clears injuries caused by ischemia,hypoxia and oxidative stress,exerting a cardioprotective effect.Traditional Chinese medicine can bidirectionally regulate autophagy.Specifically,when autophagy is insufficient,Chinese herbal medicines induce its activation to promote the removal of damaged materials;when autophagy is excessive,Chinese herbal medicines inhibit its overactivation to prevent secondary damage,thereby repairing injured myocardium and maintaining homeostasis.Based on recent relevant literature,it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine primarily focuses on replenishing qi,promoting blood circulation,and resolving blood stasis,and the PI3K/Akt and AMPK pathways may be the key mechanisms by which Traditional Chinese medicine regulates autophagy and improves myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.关键词
