糖尿病肾病脂质代谢机制与中医药干预研究进展
Research progress in mechanism of lipid metabolism in diabetic nephropathy and intervention with Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is considered the most common microvascular complication of diabetes,with a complex pathogenesis.Lipid metabolism plays a key role in the development and progression of DKD.Oxidative stress,inflammation,fibrosis and cell apoptosis induced by lipid accumulation and lipid metabolites can exacerbate glomerular sclerosis.Hyperlipidaemia not only causes atherosclerosis but also directly damages the kidneys and has been identified as one of the independent risk factors for DKD.This paper analyses and elucidates the mechanisms of lipid metabolism in DKD by reviewing the literature,and summarizes researches on traditional Chinese medicine therapies that regulate the mechanism to treat DKD,and provides new insights and methods for the treatment of DKD using traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
