从"开阖枢"论治卵巢储备功能下降及膏方应用
Treatment of diminished ovarian reserve from Opening and Closing Pivot and application of ointment
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is complex,and is characterised by the decrease in follicle number and quality,leading to the decline in reproductive function.According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,the occurrence of DOR is closely related to the Taiyin lung and spleen transportaion and transformation,the Jueyin liver and liver-wood drain,the Shaoyin heart and kidney exchange,and smooth qi movement of the Shaoyang sanjiao in the theory of"Opening and Closing Pivot".At the same time,the gaseous movement pattern of follicle development is highly compatible with the characteristics of the"Opening and Closing Pivot",and the imbalance of four seasons qi movement may lead to DOR.The medicated ointment therapy,as a characteristic treatment in traditional Chinese Medicine,embodies the"colloid sealing and storing"property that not only aligns with the pathological features of chronic deficiency in DOR but also regulates the reproductive rhythm by following the natural cycle of the four seasons,replenishing the yin essence with the help of nature.At the same time,by flexibly combining with the"spring birth and summer growth"hair growth mechanism,and combining with the characteristics of the menstrual cycle for staged medication,the organs can be regulated.Based on the theory of"Opening and Closing Pivot",this study explores the pathogenesis of DOR and the application of ointment formula in accordance with the sequence of time and coordination of internal organs.关键词
