Huang Qing's experience in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of acne vulgaris based on the theory of Spleen Deficiency and Turbid Toxin

Abstract
This article summarizes Professor Huang Qing's experience in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of acne vulgaris based on the"Spleen Deficiency and Turbid Toxin"theory.Professor Huang believes that the main pathogenesis of acne vulgaris is rooted in spleen qi deficiency and impaired transportation-transformation,and the retention of turbid toxins in localized areas due to abnormal circulation of Qi,blood,and body fluids serves as the manifestation.Professor Huang proposes the treatment principles of regulating the middlejiao and invigorating the spleen to address the root cause by restoring transportation-transformation,and transporting damp-turbidity,resolving toxin-turbidity,and promoting qi and blood circulation to eliminate the pathological manifestations.Professor Huang also emphasizes the importance of regulating thoroughfare and conception channels.The syndrome differentiation of skin lesions is combined with holistic syndrome differentiation,addressing both manifestation and root cause while regulating internally and externally.A verified case is attached to provide new ideas for the treatment of acne vulgaris and offer more effective therapeutic solutions for patients.关键词
