摘要

Abstract

To improve the perforation efficiency of through-tubing in integrated production strings for acidic gas fields and reduce complex failures,a high sulfur-resistant gunless through-tubing perforation technology is developed.A downhole system for plugging 7 in casings is designed,with key technologies such as the structure of gunless perforators,optimization of ignition systems,as well as offset and shock absorption studied.The performance is verified through experiments and field applications.The research results show:①The system has a maximum outer diameter of 63 mm,with a pressure resistance of 90.0 MPa,temperature resistance of 160℃,and hydrogen sulfide partial pressure resistance of 2.0 MPa.The perforating charges for 3.5 in tubing[API(American Petroleum Institute)standard concrete targets]have an average penetration depth of 1 002.5 mm and a hole diameter of 10.6 mm.②Sulfur resistance tests confirm that all exposed components show no corrosion cracking or aging under conditions including a hydrogen sulfide partial pressure of 2.0 MPa.In detonation initiation and transmission tests,the detonation cord velocity exceeds 7 600 m/s.③Field applications in 6 wells for more than 50 perforations achieve a 100%first-time success rate and firing rate.Among them,well M505-x increases daily production by 500 000 m3 under the same oil pressure.④The 45° pendulum structure enhances the penetration depth by 1.66 times and the hole diameter by 1.65 times compared to gun-type perforators of the same size.The downhole isolation protection circuit realizes safe switching between logging and detonation.The conclusion holds that this technology is safe and reliable,providing strong technical support for plugging and reconstruction of permanent string production wells in high-sulfur gas fields in China,and effectively solving the problem of penetrating the pollution zone in deep reservoirs.
