摘要

Abstract

The tape casting process is one of the key steps in the manufacturing of Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors,with its key aspect being the formation of ceramic slurry into uniform,specified thickness films via a tape casting machine.In the tape casting production line,the oven plays a crucial role in solvent evaporation,stress control,and structural shaping,and the temperature control effectiveness of the oven directly impacts the quality of the final film.Therefore,this paper takes the air-flotation oven used in a specific project as the research subject,employing the Computational Fluid Dynamics method to conduct numerical simulations of the flow field inside the oven,quan-titatively analyzing the uniformity of the flow field on the surface of the film tape.In consideration of the disparate wind velocities experienced at the surface of the membrane belt,the structural configuration of the air chamber and nozzle of the air flotation oven is optimized with the objective of ensuring a uniform air supply.Furthermore,by evaluating the drying characteristics of the oven through the calculation of the hot air velocity,the optimal angle of the air nozzle outlet and the height of the air supply are determined,and the influence of the pressure difference be-tween the hot air inlet and the return air outlet on the maximum air velocity is analyzed.
