PEN/TA-Al2O3/TA-PEI复合隔膜的制备及其在锂离子电池中的应用
Preparation of PEN/TA-Al2O3/TA-PEI Composite Separator and Its Application in Lithium-Ion Batteries

Abstract
To address the poor thermal stability and low electrolyte affinity of polyolefin separators in lithium-ion bat-teries,a bifunctional modified organic-inorganic composite separator(PEN/TA-Al2O3/TA-PEI)is proposed.By using non-solvent induced phase separation and layer-by-layer self-assembly method,a hierarchical separator is de-signed,with polyarylene ether nitriles(PEN)as the matrix,incorporates tannic acid-modified alumina(TA-Al2O3)nanoparticles internally,and is coated with a tannic acid-polyethyleneimine(TA-PEI)layer on the surface of mem-branes.The rigid framework(thermal decomposition temperature>500℃)of PEN and thermal barrier effect of TA-Al2O3 result in high thermal stability characteristic of composite separator,the polar functional groups of TA-PEI layer significantly enhance liquid electrolyte wettability and ionic conductivity of separator.Electrochemical test results show that LFP/P-TA-E/Li batteries with the composite separator own a capacity retention rate of 98%after 100 cycles at 1 C.Also,lithium symmetric batteries with the separator could run for 400 hours at 1 mA/cm2 without dendrite formation.关键词
