Study on the Application Technology of Alkali-Activated Pisha Sandstone Composite Cementitious Material in Building Wall Thermal Insulation Systems

Abstract
To achieve the resource utilization of Pisha sandstone and to promote the green development of building energy-saving materials,this paper employed mechanical ball milling and high-temperature calcination to activate and pretreat Pisha sandstone.Combined with alkali activation technology,it was compounded with mineral powder to prepare an alkali-activated Pisha sandstone composite cementitious material suitable for the building exterior wall insulation mortar.The effects of Pisha sandstone content on the fluidity,mechanical properties,and microstructure of the material were systematically investigated,and SEM was used to analyze the structural evolution of hydration products.The results showed that as the Pisha sandstone content increased,the fluidity of the material first increased and then decreased,reaching a peak(194 mm)at a content of 50%,while the mechanical properties gradually declined.When the Pisha sandstone content was 33%,the 28-day compressive strength could still reach 61.2 MPa.Microscopic analysis revealed that the introduction of Pisha sandstone promoted the formation of gel products such as C-S-H and N-A-S-H,but excessive incorporation led to insufficient active components and a loose structure.The engineering validation demonstrated that insulation mortar with a 30%Pisha sandstone substitution rate achieved a 28-day compressive strength of 38.7 MPa and a thermal conductivity of 0.32 W/(m·K).Its thermal insulation performance was superior to that of the traditional mortar,and the cost was reduced by 21.8%.This study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the resource application of Pisha sandstone in building energy-saving engineering.关键词
