Abstract
This paper systematically explores the seismic reduction and isolation design strategies of buildings based on seismic performance objectives,aiming to improve the seismic performance of the buildings in areas with high seismic precautionary intensity through the collaborative application of seismic reduction and isolation technologies.Taking an architectural complex in a school as a case for study,the technologies like lead rubber bearings,high damping rubber bearings,and viscous dampers were applied.Combined with a viscous damper energy dissipation system,the design scheme was optimized to meet the requirements of different building functions and seismic intensities.Through seismic simulation analysis,the effectiveness of the design scheme in controlling the maximum displacement and acceleration of the structure was evaluated.The results demonstrate that the integrated seismic reduction and isolation technologies significantly reduce the building's horizontal displacement and acceleration,meeting the specified seismic design requirements.Furthermore,the practical effectiveness of the design was verified through precise installation and performance testing during the construction phase,ensuring the building's functionality after an earthquake and improving structural safety and reliability.关键词
