基于经筋理论和肌筋膜理论针刺结合电针疗法治疗顽固性面瘫32例
Acupuncture Combined with Electroacupuncture Therapy for 32 Cases of Intractable Facial Paralysis Based on the Theory of Sinew Channels and Myofascial Theory

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of action of electroacupuncture in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis based on muscle tendon theory and muscular fasciae theory for acupoint selection.Methods:A total of 64 patients with refractory facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional acupunc-ture,while those in the treatment group received electroacupuncture under the guidance of muscle tendon theory and muscular fasciae theory for acupoint selection.The two groups were compared in terms of House-Brackmann(H-B)grade for facial nerve function,Facial Disability Index(FDI),and self-contrast assessment against the con-tralateral side,and overall response was assessed based on the criteria for facial nerve function recovery.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[100.00％(32/32)vs 96.88％(31/32),P＜0.01].Compared with the control group after treatment,the treat-ment group had significantly better results of H-B grade for facial nerve function,FDI scale,and self-contrast as-sessment against the contralateral side(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture under the guidance of muscle tendon theory and muscular fasciae theory can significantly improve facial nerve function in patients with refractory facial paralysis,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
