天轨辅助下核心肌群强化训练联合巨刺带脉穴治疗脑卒中26例
Clinical effect of core muscle group training assisted by overhead tracks combined with giant needling at Daimai point in post-stroke patients:An analysis of 26 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of core muscle group training assisted by overhead tracks combined with giant needling at Daimai point on trunk control and walking ability in post-stroke patients. Methods:A total of 52 stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 26 patients in each group. Both groups received basic medical treatment for reducing blood pressure, lowering blood glucose,regu-lating blood lipids to stabilize plaques, and improving circulation;furthermore, the patients in the control group re-ceived basic rehabilitation treatment and core muscle group training assisted by overhead tracks, while those in the treatment group received giant needling at Daimai point in addition to the treatment in the control group;both groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.Sheikh Trunk Control Ability Scale,Trunk Impairment Scale(TIS),and Hold-en Functional Ambulation Classification were used for assessment before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, both groups had significant changes in Sheikh,TIS score, and Holden classifica-tion,and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Core muscle group training assisted by overhead tracks combined with giant needling at Daimai point can improve trunk control ability and walking ability in post-stroke patients, and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
