Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of autologous blood acupoint injection in the treat-ment of idiopathic tinnitus.Methods:A total of 64 patients with idiopathic tinnitus were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.Both groups received consultation of tinnitus;the pa-tients in the treatment group were given autologous blood acupoint injection,while those in the control group were given conventional acupuncture;the course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ)score and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[87.50％(28/32)vs 68.75％(22/32),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in TEQ and SAS scores,and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Autologous blood acupoint injection has a good clinical effect in the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus and thus holds promise for clinical application.关键词
