乌鳖还闺汤治疗脾肾亏虚型早发性卵巢功能不全25例
Clinical effect of Wubie Huangui decoction in treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency:An analysis of 25 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Wubie Huangui decoction in the treatment of pre-mature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency.Methods:A total of 50 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given compound estradiol valer-ate tablets/estradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,and those in the treatment group were given Wubie Huangui decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,sex hormones(follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,and anti-Mul-lerian hormone),and basal antral follicle count,and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[84.00％(21/25)vs 68.00％(17/25),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in TCM syn-drome score and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone(P＜0.05)and significant in-creases in the levels of estradiol,anti-Mullerian hormone,and basal antral follicle count(P＜0.05),and the treat-ment group had significantly better improvements in these indicators compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wubie Huangui decoction has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficien-cy with spleen-kidney deficiency and can improve clinical symptoms,sex hormones,and basal antral follicle count,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
