麻杏石甘汤合白虎汤加减联合"罐-针-浴"治疗肺热壅盛型银屑病37例
Clinical effect of Modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction and cupping-acupuncture-bath in treatment of psoriasis with lung-heat congestion:An analysis of 37 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction and cupping-acupuncture-bath in the treatment of psoriasis with lung-heat congestion.Methods:A total of 80 patients with psoriasis with lung-heat congestion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.During the study,3 patients in the treatment group and 4 in the con-trol group were lost to follow-up;finally 73 patients were included for analysis,with 37 patients in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.Both groups were given cupping-acupuncture-bath treatment;the patients in the treat-ment group received modified maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction based on the theory of treat-ment from the lungs,while those in the control group were given Modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with Li-angxue Huoxue decoction based on the theory of treatment from the blood;the course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of psoriasis area and Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)score before and after treatment,and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[91.89％(34/37)vs 75.00％(27/36),P＜0.05].Both groups had a significant change in PASI score after treatment,and there was a significant difference in PASI score between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of treatment from the lungs,Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction and cupping-acupuncture-bath has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis with lung-heat congestion and thus holds promise for clinical application.关键词
