基于数据挖掘探析阴虚型缺血性中风的用药规律
Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency:A study based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency in modern literature using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Methods:Clinical studies on TCM treatment of ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency were obtained,and each TCM drug in the prescriptions was analyzed in terms of nature/taste/meridian entry,frequency of use,drug combinations,and association rules,and then core combinations and new prescriptions were obtained.Re-sults:A total of 53 articles meeting related requirements were obtained,as well as 40 prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency,involving 110 TCM drugs in total.The top 10 drugs in terms of frequency of use were Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Angelica sinensis,leech,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Uncaria rhynchophylla,Pheretima,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and Radix Ophiopogonis.Drugs of cold nature(157 times,36.5％)and drugs with a sweet taste(263 times,38.2％)showed the highest number of use,and the drugs mainly entered the liver meridian(310 times,29.3％).The association rule analysis of high-frequency TCM drugs obtained 23 commonly used drug combinations,including 14 TCM drugs,among which Radix Rehmanniae-Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae-Radix Paeoniae Alba had the highest frequency.The clus-ter analysis of high-frequency TCM drugs obtained 21 drug combinations,which were evolved into 6 core drug com-binations,and further analysis obtained 3 new prescriptions.Conclusion:The results of analysis using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System are consistent with the ideas of the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency from the aspect of the liver,i.e.,nourishing liver Yin,pacifying liver YANG,and extin-guishing liver wind.关键词
