Research progress of multimodal ultrasound and artificial intelligence-assisted ultrasound in evaluating the status of axillary lymph nodes before breast cancer surgery
摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in women.The status of axillary lymph nodes plays a key role in clinical staging,treatment planning and prognosis evaluation of malignant tumors.At present,sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph node dissection are the gold standards for axillary lymph node assessment.Although it is widely used in clinical practice,its traumatic operation may cause a variety of postoperative complications.Therefore,evaluating the status of axillary lymph nodes by non-invasive methods before the operation is of great significance for formulating clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.Ultrasound imaging technology can precisely and non-invasively assess the status of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer without radiation,and it is the main method for preoperative clinical assessment of the status of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer.This article reviews the research progress of two-dimensional ultrasound,color Doppler flow imaging,elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,ultrasound radiomics and deep learning techniques in predicting the status of axillary lymph nodes before breast cancer surgery,with the aim of providing a basis for formulating precise individualized treatment plans in clinical practice.关键词
