18份树仔菜种质资源农艺性状的比较
Comparison of agronomic traits among 18 germplasm resources of Sauropus androgynus
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose]The agronomic traits of 18 germplasm resources of Sauropus androgynus were compared,with the aim of screening out high-quality and high-yielding germplasm suitable for cultivation in Fujian Province.[Method]Eighteen S.androgy-nus germplasm resources from different regions were taken as samples.Ten agronomic traits including plant height,stem diameter of the 3rd internode from the top,and yield per plant were determined.The methods such as variation analysis,correlation analysis,and cluster analysis were employed for comprehensive evaluation,and visual assessment was adopted to observe and record the early sprouting trait.[Result]Among the 18 S.androgynus germplasm resources,S9,S12,and S13 had the highest yield per plant,the maximum plant height,and the largest stem diameter of the 3rd internode from the top,respectively.The coefficients of variation(CVs)for the 10 agronomic traits ranged from 15.49%to 38.67%.The CVs of the length of 1st to 4th internodes from the top,yield per plant,stem diameter of the 3rd internode from the top,compound leaf length,and compound leaf width were larger.Correlation analysis showed that plant height had significantly positive correlations with compound leaf length and compound leaf width,with correlation coefficients of 0.701 and 0.538,respectively.Yield per plant had extremely significantly positive correlations with stem diameter of the 3rd internode from the top and the length of 1st to 4th internodes from the top,with correlation coefficients of 0.579 and 0.334,respectively.Cluster analysis indicated that the 18 germplasm resources were clustered into 3 groups,and GroupⅠhad the largest yield per plant and stem diameter of the 3rd internode from the top.S1,S3,S4,S5,S12,S14,and Q7 demonstrated early germination.[Conclusion]S2,S9,and S13 are the top three germplasm resources in terms of yield per plant and stem diam-eter of the 3rd internode from the top,serving as high-yielding germplasm resources suitable for cultivation and promotion in Fujian.Additionally,S1,S3,S4,S5,S12,S14,and Q7 germinated earlier and could be used as early-maturing cultivars.关键词
