建设农业强国是党的二十大作出的重大决策部署,服务农业强国建设是高等农业教育的责任和使命.高等农业教育在人才培养、科技创新、社会服务、文化传承等方面具有服务农业强国建设的功能优势.但目前,高等农业教育服务农业强国面临学生服务农业强国意识不强,人才培养与社会需求不匹配,学科布局不够优化,科技创新贡献不高,社会服务能力孱弱等困境.针对存在问题,高等农业教育应主动作为,坚持立德树人,提升"三农"情怀;更新理念,培育新型农业人才;优化结构,改进学科布局;聚焦重点,推进科技创新;提升能力,深化社会服务,以高质量发展服务农业强国建设.

Building an agricultural powerhouse is a major decision of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and serving its development is the responsibility and mission of higher agri-cultural education.Higher agricultural education has functional advantages in serving the development of an agricultural powerhouse,particularly in talent cultivation,scientific and technological innovation,social services,and cultural inheritance.However,at present,higher agricultural education in service of an agricultural powerhouse faces challenges such as students'weak awareness of contributing to agricul-tural powerhouse development,a mismatch between talent cultivation and societal needs,insufficient op-timization of discipline layout,limited contributions to scientific and technological innovation,and insuf-ficient social service capacity.In view of the existing problems,higher agricultural education should take the initiative,uphold moral education and foster a stronger commitment to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers(the"Three Rural"issues);renew educational concepts and cultivate a new generation of agri-cultural talents;optimize structures and improve discipline layout;focus on priorities and advance scien-tific and technological innovation;strengthen capacity,deepen social services,and serve the develop-ment of an agricultural powerhouse through high-quality growth.
