作物"源流库"理论赋能农业人才培养的实施路径

Abstract
Grounded in the Crop"Source-Flow-Sink"Theory,this study examines the relationship and underlying connotations between the theory and the cultivation of innovative capacity in agricultural tal-ents from the perspective of talent cultivation.It further articulates the contemporary value and function-al roles of the theory in agricultural talent cultivation.Although the traditional agricultural talent cultiva-tion model has produced a large pool of professionals for the nation,it still faces bottlenecks such as in-sufficient agricultural commitment and sense of mission,limited integration of cutting-edge technolo-gies,and inadequate cross-disciplinary innovation capacity.Accordingly,this study proposes strengthe-ning students'agricultural commitment and sense of mission from the"source,"bridging knowledge transmission and practical application through the"flow,"and focusing on developing students'inno-vative capacity with the"sink."This approach has led to the formation of a Southwest-characteristic agricultural talent cultivation model,providing an important reference for cultivating innovative agricul-tural talents in the new era.关键词
