数字化转型背景下高等农林院校教师数字素养提升路径研究
Research on Paths to Enhancing the Digital Literacy of Faculty in Higher Agricultural and Forestry Universities under Digital Transformation

Abstract
Education digitization is an important component of the Digital China strategy and a key ap-proach to cultivating talents required by future society,promoting educational equity,and improving ed-ucation quality.In this process,university teachers play a crucial role in promoting educational innova-tion,cultivating digital talents,leading educational reform,and providing technical support.In recent years,with the deep implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent,coupled with the rise of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,university teachers have faced increasing challenges.Their level of digital literacy directly determines the success or failure of educational digital transformation.In view of this,this study elucidates the connotation of university teachers'digital literacy and further highlights its contemporary significance in enhancing such literacy.Based on literature review and an empirical investigation in nearly 20 higher agricultural and forestry universities nationwide,the study identifies several practical issues in improving teachers'digital literacy,including outdated digital awareness,insufficient quality of digital resources and plat-forms,inadequate evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and weak training system support.Accordingly,the study proposes targeted reform paths in four areas:strengthening the sense of digital responsibility,improving resource and platform construction,reinforcing evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and en-hancing the training support system.关键词
