农科研究生"五导师联动"实践教育机制的特色化探索与实践

Abstract
In view of practical problems in the graduate training of local agricultural and forestry colle-ges—such as an overemphasis on academic orientation,limited awareness of"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers(the"Three Rural"issues),"insufficient service capability,and a lack of ability to ad-dress practical issues in agricultural production—the Crop Science discipline team of Shanxi Agricultur-al University,based on historical investigations of practical education,realistic considerations of rural re-vitalization strategy needs,changes in the mode of knowledge production,and practical explorations with multiple tutors,has adhered to the concepts of"those with ability can teach"and"possessing mul-tiple competencies."They focus on key nodes along the agricultural industry chain,forming an inte-grated"five-mentor team"composed of a scientific research and innovation mentor,a farming mentor,a production technology mentor,a management mentor,and a policy mentor.They have constructed a"base platform+project carrier+practice link"comprehensive practical education mechanism,cultiva-ting high-level agricultural and forestry talents with a sense of mission,innovative spirit,and willingness to contribute.After long-term practice and exploration,this has become a new model and mechanism of agricultural science graduate practical education with both theoretical and practical value,worthy of pro-motion on a larger scale.关键词
