摘要

Abstract

In order to prepare natural polymer hydrogels with pH-responsive drug release proper-ties,sodium alginate was oxidized with ammonium persulfate(APS)to obtain oxidized sodium al-ginate(OSA).OSA was then grafted with dopamine(DA)through an amidation reaction to pre-pare dopamine-grafted oxidized sodium alginate(OSA-DA).OSA-DA was cross-linked with silk fibroin(SF)and Fe3+was introduced to prepare a composite hydrogel with a double-network structure.The structure,water absorption performance,drug release performance,antioxidant properties and adhesion properties of the hydrogel were characterized and tested.The results show that the optimal preparation conditions for the hydrogel were nSA∶nAPS=1∶8 and reaction for 18 h,nOSA∶nDA of 1∶2 to prepare OSA-DA,and mOSA-DA∶mSF=1∶1.With the increase of silk fibroin content,the swelling rate of the hydrogel first increased and then decreased.When mOSA-DA∶mSF is 1∶1,the swelling rate of the hydrogel reached the maximum,which is 638.1%.The swelling rate and drug release performance of the hydrogel were significantly affected by the environmental pH.In an acidic environment,it rapidly swelled and decomposed,with a fast drug release rate.In an alkaline environment,it swelled stably with a slow drug release rate.It also ex-hibits excellent antioxidant properties and good adhesion.
