阻燃抗静电复合功能织物的研究进展OA
Research progress on flame-retardant and anti-static composite functional fabrics
随着全球工业安全标准升级,阻燃与抗静电复合功能面料的研发成为功能性织物领域的一个研究重点.文章梳理了阻燃抗静电复合功能面料的研究现状和发展趋势,回顾了此类面料的市场动态、功能机理、分类和应用.探讨了阻燃织物、抗静电织物及其复合织物的国内外制备工艺,包括纤维改性技术、织物整理工艺和各种复合策略等.通过对分析各种技术途径的优势和局限性,指出了阻燃抗静电织物目前面临的主要挑战,包括环境兼容性、性能耐久性和成本效益等问题.在此基础上提出了未来发展方向,强调绿色可持续性、多功能集成以及阻燃抗静电复合功能织物在性能和经济可行性方面的优化平衡设计.研究结果为阻燃抗静电复合功能织物的设计开发提供参考.
With the upgrading of global industrial safety standards,the research and development of flame retardant and antistatic composite functional fabrics has become a research focus in the field of functional fabrics.In this paper,the research status and development trend of flame retardant and anti-static composite functional fabrics are sorted out,and the market dynamics,functional mechanism,classi-fication and application of such fabrics are reviewed.The domestic and international preparation processes of flame retardant fabrics,antistatic fabrics and their composite fabrics are successively discussed in depth,including fiber modification technology,fabric finishing process and various composite strategies.By analyzing the advantages and limitations of each technological pathway,the main challenges currently faced by flame retardant and antistatic fabrics are pointed out,including environmental compatibility,per-formance durability and cost-effectiveness.On this basis,future development directions are proposed,em-phasizing green sustainability,multifunctional integration,and optimal balanced design of flame retardant antistatic composite functional fabrics in terms of performance and economic feasibility.It provides a ref-erence for the design and development research of flame retardant antistatic composite functional fabrics.
