摘要

Abstract

In the context of China's national strategies to strengthen education,science,and talent development,the training reform for engineering postgraduates has become increasingly significant.This study takes the Qingdao Innovation Base of Harbin Engineering University as a case to explore the practical model and effectiveness of the university-enterprise"dual-mentor"collaborative education mechanism.Anchored in real-world projects,this model establishes a joint guidance framework between university and enterprise mentors.Graduate students are engaged in project-based research,enabling topic selection,skill development,and truly achieve"promoting learning through research and promoting teaching through application".The paper summarizes how this collaborative model enhances talent quality,improves university teaching and research,supports enterprise innovation,and strengthens the national innovation system.A case study further illustrates the operation and assurance measures of this mechanism.Findings demonstrate that a project-driven,mentor-coordinated,and practice-integrated training system effectively addresses the"long-standing issues of theory-practice separation"and"lack of mentor engagement in engineering graduate education",offering a replicable model for broader implementation.
