领军人才培养视域下实践育人体系探索

Abstract
Wu Yan former Deputy Minister of Education,proposed:"The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents must be achieved through top-notch innovative practices."Practice-oriented education plays a vital role in talent cultivation,serving as an indispensable part of the educational process and a key approach to achieving educational goals.Facing the challenges of traditional educational practice-oriented education dilemmas and the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,the Future Technology College of Harbin Engineering University has continuously explored and promoted the construction of a practice-oriented education system to meet the needs of leading talent cultivation and student development,supporting the improvement of cultivation capabilities for leading talents in the field of future smart oceans.By optimizing top-level design and building resource platforms,a"1+2+3+4+N"leading talent practice-oriented education system with industry characteristics has been gradually formed,establishing a number of project clusters and supporting project groups and practice teams,effectively supporting the cultivation of leading talents.关键词
