摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems of inaccurate positioning of top-notch innovative talents in mining engineering,imperfect talent training path,and imperfect quality assurance mechanism of talent training,adhering to the"four aspects",the mining engineering is studied and determined according to the three types of talent training goals of"academic top-notch""industry leader"and"local service".Driven by the output orientation,guided by the construction of first-class disciplines,and supported by culture,scientific research,bases,teachers and platforms,it has strengthened interdisciplinary,cross-border knowledge and diversified scenarios,innovated three paths of university-master and doctoral integration,joint training of engineering master and doctoral programs,and linkage of government,industry,university and research.It has built a quality assurance mechanism of advanced system,points system and oriented system.It has created a full-process education chain of ideological and political education of"Big country mining",scientific research education of"energy for the country",and practice education of"grassroots achievements",so as to realize the transformation of discipline construction resources into talent training advantages,and form a top-notch innovative talent training system that can be replicated and promoted.
