三高四新视角下产业学院提升中医药院校研究生实践能力的探索

Abstract
As the"three industrial highlands and four innovations"strategy became the overall driving force for high-quality development in Hunan Province,the biopharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province is in a period of rapid development,and the demand for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents is increasing day by day.However,the current joint training mechanism between schools and enterprises in the field of TCM graduate students is not yet sound.Therefore,it is time to reconstruct the cultivation system of postgraduates of university of Chinese medicine,build a modern industrial college,and promote the deep integration of higher education and the development of biomedical industry.This paper analyzed the current situation of medical postgraduate education and training of university of Chinese medicine,the form of teaching reform in Hunan colleges and universities under the"three industrial highlands and four innovations"strategy and the significance of improving the practical ability of medical postgraduates of university of Chinese medicine by the industrial college,and discussed the construction of industrial college to improve the practical ability of medical postgraduates with the goal of cultivating high-quality medical talents.Under the background of"three industrial highlands and four innovations",a new teaching model featuring the integration of industry,academia and research,as well as collaborative education between universities and enterprises,has been established.关键词
