摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of biotechnology,microbiology,as an important branch of biological sciences,faces evolving teaching challenges.This paper explores effective ways to incorporate cutting-edge scientific research into microbiology experimental teaching,takes the isolation and identification of endophytic fungi as an example,and proposes improved teaching methods and experimental designs,aiming at enhancing students'practical skills,innovative thinking,and research literacy.
