摘要
Abstract
Psychosomatic exhaustion syndrome is a condition primarily characterized by extreme physical and emotional exhaustion,resulting from the excessive depletion of psychological energy during long-term dedication to others.It directly affects the normal physical and mental well-being of high-stress professional groups worldwide.Currently,there is no research on this syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Its symptoms bear similarities to those described in TCM as depression and consumptive disease,but they are not identical.Starting from the physiological characteristics of the five zang-organs,this article analyzed the pathogenesis of psychosomatic exhaustion syndrome based on the theory of visceral manifestations,aiming to provide ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
